主题: 请教一下大法师之杖（Staff of the Magi）和延迟法术（Delayed Spell）的出处

如题，在规则chm中没能找到二者的出处，大法师之杖只在巫王法杖（Staff of Eldritch Soverignty）和力量法杖(Staff of Power)下面被提及，延迟法术也只在全超魔专长一览中出现过。请问这两个东西的出处是哪里？
